PandaPure uses programmable synthetic organelles inside E. coli to organize the capture and recovery of target proteins. Its microplate-friendly workflow supports parallel expression and purification experiments, giving teams faster evidence on which designs are ready to advance.

PandaPure is built with scale-up continuity in mind. Strains that show successful protein production at microplate scale can move directly into scale-up testing without first redesigning the purification workflow.

Who can apply?

Applications are accepted globally. Each submission may include up to five protein targets. Targets with a final CDS above 5,000 bp are quoted separately.

What is PandaPure?

PandaPure is Ailurus Bio's purification technology. It uses programmable synthetic organelles inside E. coli to capture target proteins and support their recovery in an automation-friendly workflow. PandaPure Cloud applies this approach across parallel experiments, helping teams compare expression and small-scale purification outcomes for the tested vectors and conditions.

How is beta capacity allocated?

Apply by August 15, 2026. We review the submitted sequences and send a quote. Capacity is reserved after payment, subject to available beta capacity.

What does beta pricing include?

DNA synthesis is priced by CDS length at US$0.09 per bp, subject to a US$90 minimum per target, with no minimum batch size. Targets with a final CDS above 5,000 bp are quoted separately. The charge covers DNA synthesis. Cloning into three standard PandaPure expression vectors and one Protein Production Screen per target, including A280 and SDS-PAGE data, are included at no additional charge during beta. The default service boundary is sequence in, data out. Plasmids, recovered-protein samples, optimization, scale-up, and other additional requirements are separately assessed and quoted by Ailurus Bio.

What do the screen results mean?

The results describe expression and small-scale purification under the vectors and conditions tested. They do not determine whether a target can be produced using other vectors, hosts, methods, or conditions.

How are sequences and results handled?

Submitted sequences and optional project context are handled under the applicable service terms and privacy policy.
