Screen proteins at the price of DNA with PandaPure Cloud

Read the updateLONDON, 8 October 2026 — PandaPure Cloud now offers high-throughput protein expression and purification screening for new protein candidates and construct comparisons. The service includes DNA construct design, synthesis and cloning, followed by expression, purification and tag removal using PandaPure technology.
Submit protein sequences and receive comparable experimental data on expression and purification under the tested conditions. Screen across protein candidates to decide what to take forward, or compare construct designs for proteins already in your pipeline. These service options replace the introductory beta offer for new projects.
Workflow and readouts
We use our in-house AI models to select one optimized coding sequence (CDS) and one expression vector for each protein by default. Additional CDS or vector designs can be requested; each CDS–vector combination is a separate construct. Each new construct undergoes two independent PandaPure runs at our partner biofoundry, including expression, purification and tag removal.
Recovered products are assessed by A280 absorbance and, where applicable, fluorescence to support quantitative comparisons. For each construct, a sample from one run undergoes SDS-PAGE assessment of purity and apparent molecular weight, where eligible. Deliverables include plasmid GenBank files, optical readouts and the applicable SDS-PAGE results.

Standard supports orders starting from one construct. Once construction is complete, constructs join the experimental queue on a first-come, first-out basis. Batch offers additional savings for larger projects with flexible timing; each group of 96 constructs enters experiments together.
Short, Long and Extra-long are automatic pricing categories. Only the target protein CDS is charged, calculated as three base pairs per amino acid, excluding vector backbone and vector-provided tags and linkers. Prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes.
If a CDS can be reused in another vector, that additional construct is charged only the Short minimum: US$120 in Standard or US$90 in Batch. Each different codon optimization is a new CDS. Reuse is confirmed during construct design review.
Two independent runs are included per construct. Additional runs cost US$10 per run per construct in either mode, adding another culture and applicable absorbance/fluorescence measurements. No additional DNA synthesis or SDS-PAGE is included in this add-on. Additional runs do not count toward the Batch construct requirement.
